Ludwig Steg, is the Chief Flight Instructor for the branch Airbus. After many years in the military field he switched to civil aviation in the beginning of the 1990's and worked as a captain for many different airlines aboard MD-80, A-320 and Boeing 737. Today he is responsible for the professional training at Cockpit4u and always lends an ear to trainees and instructors. He enjoys mountain hiking and Nordic Walking; these activities are the balance for his everyday life.

Nadja Liebetrau, has great organizational skills and loves a challenge. Many different occupational activities lead her to various places on the globe. Today the office administrator takes care of addressing private customers and their requests and stands out due to an open and friendly appearance.

Julia Liebetrau, the industrial business management assistant with international sales experience whose charm no one can elude - either on the telephone or face-to-face. She is the contact person for trainees and instructors and responsible for the equipment of the teaching and working places of each trainee. She always lends an ear to anyone with smaller and bigger issues. In her leisure time she is always on the move to explore new places of the world and to implement crazy ideas... even if it is only a new type of food.

Oliver Thiemke, the qualified wholesale and foreign trade businessman has managed to move into the aviation business... Beside positions like Rampagent and Ramp Manager he already gained extensive experiences in pilottraining. He now uses this knowledge with Cockpit4u to find the right approach to owners and trainees of flight schools on (inter) national terrain. After hours he spends his time with music and soccer.

Steffen Lange, is an interdisciplinary involved business expert and keeps his eyes on the processes according to ISO 9001, which he readily questions during comprehensive audits. The development of Cockpit4u is for him both a pleasure and an incentive at the same time and thus he presents new as well as contrary ideas. He enjoys spending his time with family and/or sports.

The Instructor of Cockpit4u are active pilots for national and international airlines as well as former pilots with a substantial knowledge. Due to our wide service portfolio of our company we have already 65 freelance trainers and examiners, who transfer their practical expertise if necessary to experienced pilots and career starters. This enables Cockpit4u a comprehensive flexibility and rapidity to respond to individual customer requests.
