The Boeing B737 is so far the most produced family of civil steel embossed passenger planes, on which experienced pilots as well as beginners can get a type-oriented educational training. The five-week course contains CBT and cockpit procedure training as well as practical learning of skills in the simulator. The successful completion of the exams and the base training enable you to gain a licence from the aeronautical authority. Furthermore, you learn differences between the so called B737 classic and NG in special variant trainings.

Cockpit4u also trains pilots on board the long-distance aircraft Boeing B747-400. During the four-week course theoretical knowledge about systems, handling and procedure are imparted by our instructors and are deepened in the simulator in a practical way. Optionally the type rating can be expanded with the low visibility training.

At Cockpit4u pilots can be educated on board the Boeing B777, the largest dual-trace aircraft in the world. In the framework of a four-week course pilots gain a theoretical and practical orientation for that type. After having successfully completed a simulator training and a self-organised base training, you are able to get your licence.

Cockpit4u shortens the transition to the B777! We offer every pilot who has flown a B747, B757 or a B767 in the last 5 years a cost-effective and shortened Type Rating. You will complete a CCQ (Cross Crew Qualification) and therefore get the Type Rating needed to lift you up skywards.

Before being able to begin a type rating on an airliner, you are being prepared for special procedures and activities in a two-man-cockpit. In our Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Training we provide you with all required skills for that purpose. After having finished the course you are granted a certificate for successful participation. It is possible to combine the MCC Training with one of our type rating courses.

After the successful simulation exam the highlight of your previous carrier as a pilot takes place: the Base Training on board the B737. Our international partner airlines offer highly professional training with experienced instructors.

In the end of the Low Visibility Training pilots are authorized to land an airliner safely according to CAT II and CAT III weather conditions. In a specially developed simulator training different scenarios are being demonstrated and trained practically.

To retain the type rating, an annual check flight with an examiner is required. In a special Refresher Training we refresh your knowledge about systems and procedures and prepare yourself for the simulator exam. If your type rating has been expired for a longer time, we take care of special programs for its renewal and support you in all regulatory questions.

The Command Course of Cockpit4u prepare experienced pilots for the leading position of a captain. Within 6 days our trainers impart knowledge about the ability of decision-making, teamwork as well as the appearance in front of crew and passengers. You will further develop the skills gained in the simulator.
