You are done! You have completed the several month training process and you are now a proud owner of an airline pilot-licence. Where do we go from here?
To work as a pilot with an airline, an enhancement of your licence through a type rating using an airline is necessary.
Especially low cost airlines demand that pilots have all essential licences so that they can directly be applied in the operational air traffic.

During the five-week training in our training centre in Berlin, we impart you with system knowledge via CBT and CPT/MFTD with the help of our field-proven trainers. After the successful theory test knowledge is deepened via the full flight simulator...you train normal and abnormal procedures as well as the active collaboration in the cockpit, you react to system failures and you make decisions. The training ends with a skills-test. After completing the base training (aerodrome circling) the licence registration is carried out by the aeronautical authority.

What qualifications are required? Beside CPL, IR and a completed MCC (can also be combined with the type rating) you should also bring good language skills in English.
