Over the 28/29th of October 2009 Cockpit4u presented itself as a Silver Sponsor, and exhibitor, at the Aviation Outlook Asia conference in Beijing.
Alongside representatives from leading Chinese airlines, many international experts from the aviation industry attended the conference . A key topic of the conference was the growing cost pressures vs. declining revenues facing airlines in the current economic environment. Also discussed was the future challenge of the training of national pilots to meet the increasing demand of cockpit crew within the Chinese airlines.
Dennis Pilz, Managing Director of Cockpit4u, illustrated the specific requirements from the perspective of a training provider as part of a panel discussion. Together with the Senior Vice President of Air China, and the approximately 300 conference participants, the proposed remedial training strategies have been interactively discussed.
