The TÜV South confirmed once again the compliance of the required quality standards at Cockpit4u through a monitored audit held on the 21st of October 2009 after one year has past since the initial certification.
During the audit, which lasted for several hours, questions and possible improvements concerning the management of the company, the treatment of customers, the training itself as well as the control and analysis of the training have been discussed. The head of the auditing organisation was more than satisfied with the results. According to Mr. Ifflaender´s statement, he was particularly convinced from the structured ways of operation and documentation at Cockpit4u: " It is always hard to convince a company from the benefits of such an organized company structure. Here it is performed in an exemplary way."
Stefan Heuß and Dennis Pilz from Cockpit4u are also very pleased with the result of the work that has been done, especially "...due to the introduction of a quality management system not only the customer satisfaction could be improved further, also the internal procedures and structures in the company have been optimized."
Within the scope of the surveilled audit, the transformation to the ISO 9001:2008 norm has taken place.
